Typing the name of a company into a simple search bar is all it takes to set our web extractors to work across the company’s website, known social media accounts and other sources. Our software goes a step further, and auto-discovers potential pages of interest and adds them to the analysis pool.

Analysis

Our proprietary AI/Machine Learning algorithms sort, classify and extract entities of interest. This simplifies the search for the ensure user allowing for natural language or traditional keyword searching and filtering.

Insights

Any search result can be turned into a visual, dashboard element. Limits or deviations from the norm can be set to trigger automatic alerts. All of this can be saved, shared, or exported for efficient data sharing and decision making.

This prototype extended the client’s consumer protection data collection capabilities by collecting and processing data from web and social media channels. Our advanced analytics tool processes scraped web and social media channels and links it with historical complaints data. In the future Winnow Technologies will also be able to integrate chatbot complaints.

These tools and integrations give regulators a comprehensive view of the market and assist with consumer protection initiatives for two financial authorities.

We are developing a market-level working prototype of a suptech application that can detect and flag fraudulent fintech apps based on metadata, including data collection and validation mechanisms, storage mechanisms, ML-based analytics, and interfaces for additional future products to integrate with.

This project will empower the Reserve Bank of India staff responsible for managing the intelligent tool and can provide the insights and interfaces to power future suptech products (e.g., web-based tools and/or those installed directly on a user device) as a preventative anti-fraud.
